Dblcheckit and its licensors are the sole owners of all content, features, functions, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and other intellectual property on our app, website, and domain.

Product information and pricing are updated regularly, typically every 24 hours. However, Dblcheckit is not liable for any inaccuracies, delays, or discrepancies in data, which may be updated up to 48 hours after collection or delayed due to technical issues.
All product prices are displayed in USD, however, based on your location and browser settings, prices may change upon redirection to third-party sellers.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any product information, and we are not liable for typographical or other errors.

DoubleCheckIt may redirect you to third-party platforms for purchasing products. We are not responsible for any issues, transactions, or disputes that may arise from your interactions with these platforms.
We are not liable for any discrepancies in product details, prices, or inventory on third-party sites. Users are responsible for verifying information before making a purchase.

Users are prohibited from attempting to access our back-end systems, databases, or confidential information in any way.
Any attempts to transmit malicious code, overload the system, or interfere with our servers will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action under UAE and international law.

Sections related to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law, and Arbitration will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.

Use of third-party sites and services linked through DoubleCheckIt is subject to those platforms’ respective terms. DoubleCheckIt is not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.

By using our app, you agree to all terms outlined above. You acknowledge that Dblcheckit may collect non-identifiable usage data and that all interactions with our service are in compliance with UAE law and Islamic principles.
